Responsibilities
Responsible for the company’s finance and HR processes — from invoice verification to reporting and full personnel administration
Provide support and act as the point of contact for the tax advisor / external payroll provider (accounting, payroll processing, document management, provisions, etc.)
Establish and further develop professional financial controlling and HR controlling — including KPI systems, forecasting and budget planning
Invoice verification & payment approvals — ensure processes are accurate and traceable
Receivables management — monitor outstanding items, coordinate with customers and ensure a smooth reminder/collection process
Prepare reports, analyses and decision papers for management
Liquidity planning, cash flow monitoring and coordination with banks, insurers and service providers
Support the optimisation of administrative processes (e.g., tools, workflows, reporting structures)
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience in finance (e.g., accounting, controlling or financial accounting)
Confident with numbers, Excel and accounting software (we use DATEV and Odoo)
Understanding of business and financial contexts and enjoyment in building structures and processes
Careful, structured working style — you keep an overview even when there are many documents
Willingness to take responsibility and contribute in a growing environment
