About the role

  • Senior Digital Project Manager at AdFarm leading integrated marketing programs with a cross-disciplinary approach in agriculture. Managing timelines and ensuring the clarity of digital work with strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the kind of work that doesn’t fit neatly in a box—large, integrated programs with a lot of moving parts, a lot of people, and high expectations.
  • Manage timelines while connecting dots across disciplines, bringing structure to complexity, and keeping teams aligned.
  • Translate between teams, ask the right questions, and spot risks early—before they turn into rework or missed expectations.
  • Deliver large, high-value digital work with clarity and control, ensuring digital scopes reflect real requirements and budgets are tracked.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Digital and Traditional Marketing Project Management.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working in an advertisement agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in the agriculture industry considered a strong asset.
  • Be a critical thinker that is detail oriented, extremely organized, and possesses excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and liaison skills with demonstrated client management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client project budgets.
