About the role

  • Customer Care Officer supporting consumers with Coloplast products over the phone. Building strong relationships and providing product information and funding support.

Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing consumers over the phone with their Coloplast products
  • Provide support to new and existing patients via phone
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls as part of the Coloplast Care Program
  • Feedback to referring healthcare professionals
  • Assist with product sample requests
  • Offer Peristeen support to consumers as part of the PSP program
  • Provide funding support, particularly for continence consumers

Requirements

  • Compassionate and customer-focused
  • Strong ability to listen empathetically
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple systems
