Provide support to new and existing patients via phone
Conduct outbound follow-up calls as part of the Coloplast Care Program
Feedback to referring healthcare professionals
Assist with product sample requests
Offer Peristeen support to consumers as part of the PSP program
Provide funding support, particularly for continence consumers
