Responsibilities
Support the Director of Marketing in developing and executing the North America marketing plan aligned with business and revenue targets.
Lead strategic planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and activations across B2C and B2B audiences to build brand visibility and drive lounge visits.
Produce and proofread high-quality written content for campaigns, social posts, websites, presentations and partner communications.
Coordinate creative development, working with agencies and designers to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
Own regional social media planning and execution, including content creation, posting, community management and performance reporting.
Partner with global digital teams to maintain and update regional web content, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
Coordinate marketing support for industry events and sponsorships, from logistics to asset delivery.
Requirements
6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within travel, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
Proven experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting and proofreading.
Experience managing social media channels, agency relationships and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
