Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, including post implementation support
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and benefit case, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and various departments, stakeholders involved into the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure proper change management and strict migration methodology applied specifically for migration projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years in PMO, integration management, or large-scale transformation roles
- Strong background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors; experience with post-merger integration – nice to have
- Proven track record managing multi-functional, international programs with high complexity
- Excellent stakeholder management experience in matrixed, cross-border environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a must
- Proven Change Management knowledge
- Nice to have proven Psychology knowledge
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level) – mandatory
