  • Coles Online Manager at Coles Supermarkets managing online department operations. Ensuring customer satisfaction while leading a team of Personal Shoppers in Tuggeranong.

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department
  • Contribute to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring
  • Oversee a team of Personal Shoppers for online orders
  • Manage the processes for click and collect / concierge service or delivery
  • Report to the Store Manager

Requirements

  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
  • Team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
  • Ensuring Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
  • Customer obsessed mindset and continual understanding of diverse customers
  • Ability to drive a one team culture that recognises and celebrates success
