Responsibilities
You will own and drive all leasing outcomes across Queensland, partnering with Operations, Finance, Location Planning and the broader Property team to secure commercially strong and strategically aligned property deals.
Lead and negotiate major leasing transactions across new stores, redevelopments, renewals and closures
Drive delivery of the Queensland property pipeline against business priorities and timelines
Manage commercial viability, risk and financial outcomes across leasehold projects
Prepare and present high-quality business cases
Build strong relationships with developers, landlords and internal stakeholders
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leasing team.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Tertiary qualifications in property, business, legal or a related discipline (preferred).
