Responsibilities
Lead analysis of customer behaviour, product performance, and business processes to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven product strategies.
Develop frameworks and tools for measuring engagement, usability, and value delivery.
Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and validate solutions against requirements.
Drive business process re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Write user stories for Agile and Waterfall environments.
Coordinate integration testing and validate system functionality.
Log, prioritise, and track resolution of defects in collaboration with development teams.
Ensure quality activities align with project delivery schedules.
Requirements
Strong ability to elicit requirements and understand business problems.
Expertise in business process re-engineering and solution validation.
High data literacy with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and technical writing.
Familiarity with enterprise environments and systems domain knowledge.
Ability to develop and execute detailed test plans and cases.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
