About the role

• Senior Manager leading Ad Operations for Coles 360, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across media channels. Coaching teams and developing scalable processes for campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of campaigns across all Coles 360 channels, driving operational excellence, strong team engagement and consistent compliance.
• Own creative workflow from brief through to live execution.
• Lead traffic and inventory management across all channels.
• Drive compliance and quality control.
• Improve processes to support scale and efficiency.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner closely with sales, media and creative teams.

Requirements

• End-to-end campaign delivery experience from brief through to live execution
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple campaigns at pace
• Senior stakeholder presence with the confidence to influence and challenge
• A process-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and scale
• Familiarity with DSPs and SSPs (highly regarded)
