About the role

  • Region Commercialization Manager for Coca-Cola in the Mid-Atlantic, focusing on translating commercialization strategies for the local market. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement local strategies and ensure brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a customized region commercialization plan.
  • Translate the total company channel commercial strategies into customized market unit tactics that meet the needs of the local region.
  • Identify key needs of the local region and generate creative and customized commercial solutions to meet those needs while achieving goals and objectives set forth in the channel-centric commercial strategies.
  • Ensure localized commercial marketing projects are aligned with corporate partner brand and company standards, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with marketing capabilities, customer teams, channel commercialization and consumer connections to ensure marketing plans are effectively implemented at the local level.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in sales operations with a beverage distributor / bottler
