Responsibilities
Develop and implement institutional communication strategies to strengthen the company's reputation.
Support the development and execution of institutional narratives related to the company's strategic business initiatives.
Act as the primary interface between spokespeople and the communications agency, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality execution of PR initiatives.
Build and strengthen relationships with journalists, editors, and opinion leaders, identifying opportunities for coverage and engagement.
Support crisis management initiatives, ensuring speed, consistency, and institutional alignment.
Support spokespeople on strategic engagements, including preparing materials, aligning messages, and following up on institutional commitments.
Monitor implementation of the strategic plan, ensuring appropriate prioritization of topics and delivery of planned initiatives.
Update and track KPIs, OKRs, and institutional reports for the area.
Periodically update institutional materials and strategic narratives, ensuring consistency of data and messaging.
Evaluate opportunities for participation in events and strategic speaking opportunities, considering alignment with the company's institutional positioning.
Monitor media coverage, identifying trends, reputational risks, and opportunities for brand positioning.
Use monitoring and analytics tools and data to track trends, narratives, and the brand's qualitative and quantitative exposure, contributing to data-driven strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations, institutional communication, or press office.
Experience managing and coordinating communications and PR agencies.
Background in institutional reputation management and media relations.
Experience preparing media briefings, coaching spokespeople, and supporting interviews.
Analytical skills to assess the media landscape and reputational issues.
Experience in crisis management.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft strategic narratives.
Preferred experience in institutional communication within large organizations or complex corporate environments.
