About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial training and development strategy
  • Manage the production, curation and updating of training content
  • Ensure governance and continuous improvement of the content platform
  • Lead the onboarding journey for new in-house and partner consultants
  • Be responsible for governance of communication with the sales team
  • Translate commercial directives and strategies into clear, actionable communications
  • Act as an interface with business areas to map needs and opportunities
  • Define and track training effectiveness metrics
  • Ensure trainings directly impact commercial performance
  • Lead and develop a direct team (2 specialists, 1 senior analyst, and 1 junior analyst)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Psychology, Communications or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in corporate training and commercial development
  • Experience working with internal and/or partner sales teams
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience with training platforms, LMS or corporate education
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
  • Instructional design and learning pathway development
  • Familiarity with commercial performance indicators
  • Internal communications targeted at sales teams
