About the role

  • Sous Chef Manager role for culinary graduates at Aramark's Management Accelerator Program. Manage kitchen personnel and culinary activities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise culinary activities
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
  • Select and develop recipes and standardize production recipes
  • Establish presentation technique and quality standards and plan menus
  • Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and safety in kitchen
  • Oversee special catering events and offer culinary instruction

Requirements

  • Ideal applicants will graduate between December 2025 and August 2026
  • Students with a degree or background in the culinary arts or hospitality
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Proven knowledge of food preparation principles, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
  • Food safety certification
  • Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends or holidays
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
