Responsibilities
Manage the analytics team, developing and refining propensity-to-default and recovery models that maximize customer regularization and cash generation by optimizing negotiation policies.
Manage the collections strategy team, ensuring full integration across collection channels and directing debtor volumes to the channels that offer the best cost-to-recovery ratio without loss of recovery.
Manage the financial products team, designing payment plans and, when appropriate, financing solutions with external partners to maximize customer acquisition while minimizing negative impact on cash flow.
Develop and train teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Postgraduate degree in Financial Management
Specialized courses in Collections
Certifications in Team Management
Previous experience in collections management
Proficiency with credit analysis tools
