Requirements
Completed education in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
Experience in troubleshooting and providing IT support
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
Strong knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
Optional: Experience with software deployments
Optional: Administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
High level of customer orientation and communication skills
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
