About the role
- Product Owner driving software solution evolution for client specializing in public library software. Collaborating with development team, clients, and executing project management duties.
Responsibilities
- Piloter l’évolution de la solution EPN : recueil des besoins clients, animation des COPIL, définition et priorisation de la roadmap produit, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et coordination avec l’équipe de développement.
- Déployer la solution chez les clients : installation, paramétrage des environnements (local ou Cloud), planification des interventions et formation des utilisateurs.
- Assurer le support technique et la maintenance : gestion des tickets d’assistance de niveau 1 et 2, analyse des incidents complexes et interface avec les développeurs.
- Participer aux phases d’avant-vente : accompagnement des équipes commerciales dans l’analyse des projets et contribution aux réponses aux appels d’offres sur les volets fonctionnels et techniques.
- Contribuer ponctuellement à l’activité technique et négoce : gestion du catalogue matériel, relation fournisseurs et support technique en back-up.
- Des déplacements ponctuels en France sont à prévoir moins de 20 jours par an.
Requirements
- Bac+3 minimum en informatique, systèmes et réseaux, ou gestion de projet IT
- 2 ans minimum dans une fonction de Product Owner, chef de projet informatique, consultant infrastructure ou systèmes et réseaux.
- Maîtrise en administration environnement Windows (GPO, drivers, services, logs) et connaissances solides en réseaux : VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewall / iptables.
- Connaissances basiques en virtualisation et architectures systèmes.
