About the role

  • Prozessmanager im Bereich Büro Service bei coeo zur aktiven Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Abläufe und Einführung neuer Prozesse. Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und nachhaltige Implementierung neuer Strukturen.

Responsibilities

  • Actively shape the further development of our departmental processes in the Office Services area
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify optimization potential
  • Support the introduction of new processes and provide advisory support
  • Accompany change projects from conception through to implementation
  • Ensure that new structures and processes are established sustainably

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business, project management, or a comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience in a service environment, ideally with exposure to mail and document flows as well as digital and physical archiving
  • Practical experience in project or process management
  • Analytical working style and a willingness to critically evaluate processes
  • Team player with clear communication skills and self-initiative
