- Attorneys in this role will work on a broad range of employment-related matters, including:
- Employment litigation in state and federal courts

- Advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Drafting and reviewing employment policies, handbooks, and agreements
- Assisting with investigations, hearings, and administrative proceedings
Requirements
- **Current State License **
- **3–5 years** of labor & employment experience
- Experience handling employment litigation and/or advisory matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
- Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
- Experience working directly with clients and internal teams
