About the role
- Adviseur Implementatie en Informatie W&I at the VNG, responsible for implementing the Participatiewet and supporting municipalities in the social domain.
Responsibilities
- Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een samenhangende implementatiestrategie gericht op preventie, toezicht en handhaving in het gemeentelijke domein van Werk & Inkomen, met name specifiek op de Participatiewet
- Het informeren, motiveren, ondersteunen én activeren van gemeenten om beschikbare producten en kennis uit het portfolio effectief in te zetten
- In samenwerking met gemeenten en VNG-collega’s ontwikkelen van een ondersteuningsaanbod met praktische producten, instrumenten en kennis voor gemeenten
- Toetsen van nieuwe en bestaande producten, instrumenten en kennis op bruikbaarheid, overzichtelijkheid en actualiteit
- Adviseren van het expertteam over de keuze van het juiste middel om de informatie en kennis effectief aan te bieden
- Ondersteunen van (fysieke) community’s, gremia en platforms waarin gemeenten en ketenpartners leren van en met elkaar
- Signaleren en analyseren van trends, ontwikkelingen en behoeften van gemeenten op het gebied van preventie, toezicht en handhaving
Requirements
- Afgeronde Hbo opleiding in de richting van organisatiekunde, informatiekunde of vergelijkbaar
- Afgelopen 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als adviseur implementatie en informatie in de publieke sector
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als strategisch adviseur of ontwerper van producten in een complex stakeholderveld
- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de uitvoering van de Participatiewet
- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe en bestaande producten en het bijbehorende implementatieproces
