About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support members and clients by presenting existing applications and technological tools
  • Contribute to business development and maintain commercial relationships through service delivery
  • Assist members and clients who have experienced fraud or irregularities
  • Monitor and process the transactions necessary to resolve their cases
  • Stay up to date on the latest standards, products and services in their field
  • Adhere to compliance, security and risk management standards

Requirements

  • Knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services
  • Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services
  • Knowledge of data integration into systems
  • Knowledge of security measures, legal framework and internal controls
  • Understanding of the philosophy and principles of financial services cooperatives
  • Knowledge of operational procedures related to convenience products, services and transactions
  • Knowledge of service standards
