Lamprey Health Care is a Community Health Center with three locations in Southern New Hampshire.
Our mission is to provide high quality primary medical care and health related services, with an emphasis on prevention and lifestyle management, to all individuals regardless of ability to pay.
Lamprey Health Care’s family physicians are Board Certified and have studied in six broad areas of medicine: pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry and community medicine.
In addition to medical care, Lamprey offers many other services in response to community needs such as parenting education classes, social services and care coordination, medication assistance programs, and transportation for senior citizens and the disabled in Rockingham County and parts of Strafford County.
Lamprey Health Care is available as a community resource to assist individuals with navigating the new Health Care Market place and New Hampshire's expanded Medicaid Program, the NH Health Protection Program.
Assistance with understanding the new health insurance options is available to all individuals in the community.
