Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy, or Addiction Counseling from an accredited institution
- Must be able to demonstrate providing behavioral health services in the past 12 months
- Licensed or license-eligible as a LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or MLADC in the State of NH
