About the role

  • Behavioral Health Clinician providing high-quality behavioral healthcare as part of a primary care team. Seeking qualified licensed clinician for full-time or part-time roles at community health center.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the Primary Care team to address patient behavioral health needs
  • Utilizes evidence-based clinical procedures to deliver care
  • Provides face-to-face, short-term counseling and traditional long-term therapy
  • Communicates with patients and care team members for effective, patient-centered care
  • Aids patients in connecting with appropriate treatment resources

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy, or Addiction Counseling from an accredited institution
  • Must be able to demonstrate providing behavioral health services in the past 12 months
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or MLADC in the State of NH
