Support Our Customers: Act as a helpful point of contact for tax-related inquiries, resolving payment shortfalls and arrears with professionalism and empathy.
Bridge the Gap: Collaborate daily with municipalities, brokers, and internal departments to keep accounts up-to-date and operations flowing.
Maintain Digital Integrity: Keep meticulous notes and records in our systems, ensuring all documentation follows company policy and protects client privacy.
Problem-Solve Daily: Identify and resolve administrative errors or payment hurdles, escalating complex issues to management when needed.
Improve the Process: Learn our workflows inside and out, offering fresh eyes to help us find better, faster ways to serve our customers.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
A results-driven mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership over work.
Bilingual (French/English) speaking.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated proficiency in Google Sheets.
Experience working in residential mortgage or tax administration will be considered an asset.
