- Strong understanding of industrial risks.
- Proficiency in international programs and structures, including schemes with integrated local policies.
- Solid knowledge of renewals, placement, and negotiation processes.
- Fluent English (daily communication).
- Comfortable with IT tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint; BI tools appreciated).
