About the role
- Real Estate & Facility Manager overseeing global real estate strategy in Benelux for CEVA Logistics. Directly working with internal stakeholders and managing location investments and leases.

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de global real estate strategie
- Fungeer je als sparringspartner en adviseur voor interne stakeholders zoals de Director Contract Logistics, Business Development, Operations en Engineering
- Je leidt de ontwikkeling en zoektocht naar nieuwe locaties aan
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verlenging van bestaande huurcontracten
- Monitoren van KPI’s voor vastgoed zoals kosten per m2, duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en lokale P&L’s
- Opstellen van budgetten en business cases voor onderhoud en verduurzaming van panden
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar management werkervaring in de zakelijke makelaardij
- Aantoonbare werkervaring op managementniveau binnen een corporate organisatie
- Ervaring met het opstellen van budgetten en business cases
- Zeer vaardig in MS Office (met name Powerpoint en Excel)
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
