About the role
- Tech Lead Fullstack Web responsible for ensuring operational conditions and guiding a developer team at Roole, a car services startup.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operational maintenance of the Donnez-votre-voiture, Roole Data and Permis Solidaire websites.
- Ensure the smooth execution of development iterations and the deployment of new features according to a biweekly delivery cycle.
- Provide hands-on leadership to one developer: daily support, enforcement of best practices, skills development, and code reviews.
- Maintain and evolve development, staging and production environments.
- Contribute to technical innovation through building POCs, technology watch, and leading technical community activities.
Requirements
- Excellent command of React and Next.js: routing, data fetching, performance optimization, SEO and deployment.
- Strong command of TypeScript, including advanced typing, code quality and maintainability.
- Solid expertise in CSS: modern layouts, responsive design, accessibility and best practices.
- Experience with a stack similar to ours, including: Strapi as backend/headless CMS, Vercel for frontend hosting and deployment, and Heroku for backend hosting.
- Experience using GitHub for source code management and CI/CD pipelines.
