About the role
- Tech Lead for Roole, focusing on enhancing a digital platform for driver services. Leading a cross-functional team to create a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Build a unified, smooth and personalized digital platform that allows every driver to access all Roole services from a single space.
- Lead and mentor the developers on your team.
- Define the most relevant solutions and ensure their proper implementation.
- Work closely with Product, Design and Business teams to design effective and useful solutions.
- Manage our digital media and develop impact-driven services (shared mobility, environmental barometers...).
Requirements
- Proven experience: minimum 4–5 years in development, including significant experience as a Lead Developer or Engineering Manager.
- Collaborative mindset: you enjoy co-creating with Product, Design and Business teams to build useful, sustainable solutions.
- Test & Learn culture: you experiment, learn, iterate, and share your findings with your team to drive collective progress.
- Strong technical expertise: very comfortable with .NET / C#, with solid proficiency in React.js.
- Architecture and long-term vision: able to challenge technical choices, think about scalability and robustness while keeping product focus.
- Communication and influence: able to engage both developers and non-technical stakeholders around a clear, shared vision.
