- Senior Solutions Engineer managing pre-sales technical engagements with major accounts for Cloudflare. Build relationships and design solutions for technical buyers and executives in large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long term technical relationships with technical buyers at assigned accounts.
- Deeply understand business-critical issues and provide meaningful solution designs.
- Identify and drive technical conversations engaging key technical buyers.
- Empower customers in their security and network transformation journeys.
- Be the voice of the customer internally at Cloudflare.
- Represent and evangelize Cloudflare externally at industry events.
Requirements
- Experience managing technical sales within large accounts.
- Polished communication and executive presentation skills.
- Relationship building: a proven track record of building deep technical relationships with engineers and senior executives.
- A deep understanding of core industry components of Cloudflare solutions including Internet security technologies, networking technologies, and cloud computing technologies.
- Some scripting or programming experience with one or more of JavaScript, Python, Golang, BASH.
- Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such as FedRAMP, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2, ISO/IEC.
