Post-Sales Solutions Engineer managing customer journey and integrations for Climate X’s platform. Leading technical onboarding and building client relationships for renewals and expansions.
Responsibilities
Lead technical onboarding, integration, and configuration of Climate X’s platform for new clients.
Define and track success metrics in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting, working closely with Product and Engineering.
Deliver client training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.
Analyze client usage and feedback to identify product-improvement opportunities.
Build strong, trusted relationships that drive renewals and expansions.
Requirements
Proven experience implementing or supporting B2B SaaS solutions in a technical capacity.
Strong data and analytical skills — hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and APIs.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical information clearly.
Exceptional organizational and project-management ability.
Collaborative mindset — able to work seamlessly with Customer Success, Product, and Science teams.
Experience in financial services, ESG, or climate-risk data domains (desirable).
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, JIRA, or similar (desirable).
Prior exposure to working with geospatial data (desirable).
A genuine passion for helping clients use technology to build climate resilience (desirable).
