About the role

  • Finance Assistant handling invoices, reports, and financial documentation for Clariness GmbH in a hybrid role. Collaborating with the accounting team for efficient operations in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices – from entry and posting through to follow-up.
  • Preparing cost center reports and supporting month-end and year-end closings.
  • Assisting with the management of cost approvals and workflows via Candis.
  • Participating in reconciliations and ensuring accurate, up-to-date financial records.
  • Communicating with colleagues and suppliers to clarify invoice or payment details.
  • Performing general finance and administrative tasks to support the team.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification in accounting/finance.
  • Initial professional experience in financial administration, invoice processing, or a similar support role.
  • Good MS Office skills; experience with Candis is an advantage.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Structured, precise, and reliable working style.
  • Enjoyment of organization, teamwork, and being a dependable contact person for others.
