Responsibilities
Processing incoming and outgoing invoices – from entry and posting through to follow-up.
Preparing cost center reports and supporting month-end and year-end closings.

Participating in reconciliations and ensuring accurate, up-to-date financial records.
Communicating with colleagues and suppliers to clarify invoice or payment details.
Performing general finance and administrative tasks to support the team.
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification in accounting/finance.
Initial professional experience in financial administration, invoice processing, or a similar support role.
Good MS Office skills; experience with Candis is an advantage.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Structured, precise, and reliable working style.
