About the role

  • Finance Planning Coordinator for Grupo Azzas 2154 managing financial planning and analysis. Leading teams and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the interface between Financial Planning and the brands, translating financial data into analyses to support decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation and monitoring of P&Ls (income statements), ensuring a clear view of performance and profitability, and identifying potential upsides.
  • Lead the monthly financial governance, serving as a key figure in building projections and actively participating in performance meetings with brand leadership.
  • Propose improvements to processes, controls, and reports, ensuring standardization and data quality.
  • Manage a team of analysts, allocating responsibilities across business units.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A and/or Accounting.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Previous experience acting as a business partner with a financial focus to business areas is a plus.
