About the role

  • Work to retain current consultants, maximize utilization of consultants and serve as the point of contact for the sourcing engagements.
  • Analyze consultant skill sets and schedules to determine consultant options for proposed client projects.
  • Support multiple client relationship leaders and manage the full lifecycle of consultant project placement.
  • Determine relevant consultant skill sets needed to support market requirements.
  • Participate in interview, selection, and onboarding efforts for consultants.
  • Serve as a coach to consultants and help trouble-shoot client issues, scheduling issues, and team dynamics.
  • Manage accountabilities for multiple markets and supervise 40+ consultants.
  • Help promote a strong CLA culture and consultant satisfaction/retention.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience; professional services or client service delivery is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.
  • Experience in a full-time accounting role (private or public) or consulting with a focus in either Audit, Accounting, and/or Finance preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Prior recruiting or hiring experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
