About the role

  • Proactive QuickBooks Accountant managing internal accounting at CKH Group. Ensures accuracy and compliance in financial records and supports budgeting and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate internal financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Process daily and monthly accounting transactions for internal entities
  • Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Daily bank review, daily proposals to treasury to move cash around.
  • Prepare internal financial reports and summaries for management review
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and variance reporting
  • Ensure documentation integrity and adherence to compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and journal processing
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas beneficial)
  • Excellent English communication and professional collaboration skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Experience working within a multi-entity or international organization.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory filings
