About the role

Join Civitta as a Consultant in Startup & Innovation Ecosystems, supporting companies in securing EU and national funding.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of reports, studies on the startup ecosystem, and tenders;
Support innovation ecosystem players in their development through organising /coordinating ecosystem projects: accelerators, hackathons, etc.;
Help startups develop their ideas and solutions, attract funding and reach out to investors;
Network and build relationships with various ecosystem players;
Scout startups and individuals with innovative ideas to participate in different programs and events;
Support in designing content and programs for startup ecosystem projects;
Build innovation ecosystems through consulting projects locally and globally;
Implement international donor-funded projects related to building the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lithuania and Europe, as well as support grant funding project implementation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field;
You feel comfortable with English as your working language, both verbal and written (C1);
Fluency in Lithuanian, both verbal and written;
Availability to come to the office at least 3 days a week;
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
Curiosity and genuine interest in innovation topics;
High attention to detail, efficiency, diligence, and responsibility;
Experience working with local or international grant/tender applications or project implementation would be an advantage.
