About the role

  • Change Delivery Consultant facilitating change initiatives for SME banking with Absa in South Africa. Supporting implementation, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of SME-related change initiatives
  • Facilitate training sessions for SME Colleagues
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate adoption levels
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for coordination of change activities
  • Diagnose and recommend tailored solutions to adoption challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce and Management Studies
  • Experience in change management or project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of SME banking processes and customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
