• E-Learning Content Creator developing engaging eLearning content for Civica’s products. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance learning experiences with effective digital content.

Responsibilities

• **What you'll be doing**
• Create and manage content storyboards for digital learning modules
• Produce high-quality eLearning content, including training videos, assessments and evaluations
• Maintain and update content in line with product releases and updates
• Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ensure all content aligns with Civica’s branding and content strategy
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Facilitate training sessions where required
• Meet performance targets and advocate for strong customer outcomes

Requirements

• **What you will need to be successful in this role**
• Experience in a similar digital content or eLearning development role
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to bring ideas to life
• Hands-on experience with TechSmith tools such as **Camtasia** and **Audiate**
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to deliver content aligned to project timelines and budgets
• Willingness to travel interstate when required
