Responsibilities
Own the entire process, including the ideation, shooting, and editing of high-quality, short-form video content specifically designed for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Execute on reactive trends and cultural moments within a "Speed-to-Culture" workflow, ensuring the brand remains relevant, topical, and engaging.
Independently manage all on-set production requirements, including setting up lighting, optimising audio, and handling all necessary equipment to ensure high-quality footage.
Collaborate closely with the Social Strategist to develop original video series, evergreen content concepts, and compelling editorial narratives.
Oversee all post-production elements to ensure video quality, proper platform specifications, and consistency with the client's brand guidelines.
Stay on top of global and local trends, proactively sharing insights and experimenting with new creative approaches, video formats, and effects for social media and the various platforms.
Ensure the client’s brand guidelines and voice are closely followed and consistently applied in all outgoing video content.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience.
Expert proficiency in using specific editing software packages, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Proven proficiency in using recording equipment and shooting high-quality videos, with a good understanding of on-set lighting and audio best practices.
An excellent storyteller with the ability to create engaging, conversational, and culturally resonant editorial narratives in a simple, coherent manner.
Highly motivated, energetic, and a self-starter with a track record of strong performance in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
A good understanding of motion graphics and familiarity with relevant Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
