About the role

  • Customer Service Representative for spare parts sales and technical advice at BWT, focusing on water treatment solutions. Responsible for customer inquiries and technical support related to installations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and written advice on spare parts requests from the areas of building services, building and industrial technology, and project business.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers for all inquiries concerning residential, building and industrial systems.
  • Accept spare parts orders by phone and in writing, enter orders into the ERP system, and ensure on-time delivery in close coordination with the specialist departments.
  • Independently prepare quotations for spare parts requests.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with good technical understanding, or alternatively completed vocational training in a plumbing or electrical trade with strong commercial aptitude.
  • At least two years of professional experience in administrative/clerical work.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system.
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus, as well as reliability and organizational skills.
