About the role

  • Conseiller(ère) Après-Vente Mécanique chez MIDI AUTO, responsable de l'accueil et suivi clients dans l'automobile. Gestion des réparations et satisfaction des clients dans un environnement dynamique.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers professionally (in person and by phone)
  • Listen to and assess their needs, and schedule appointments
  • Prepare repair orders and manage administrative follow-up
  • Explain the work performed, return vehicles to customers, and process invoicing
  • Offer additional products and services: service packages, warranties, parts and accessories
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality throughout the customer journey
  • Work closely with the workshop and parts teams to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar after-sales mechanical role
  • Knowledge of the automotive technical environment
  • Service-oriented, responsive, detail-oriented, and professional appearance
  • Comfortable with IT tools (DMS, CRM, email, etc.)
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Driving licence (Category B) required
