About the role
- VP Rewards Optimization Product Development managing product strategies and initiatives at Citi's USPB. Collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality rewards solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of Rewards enhancements from ideation to launch, and act as a key point of contact for enhancements owned
- Work closely with internal and external business partners including Technology and Product teams in designing, building, implementing, and testing new strategies and enhancements
- Create well-defined business requirements/user stories and testing criteria
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Monitor and report out status of the work in progress, as well as key performance indicators relative to expectations post-launch
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience (product development or technology experience preferred, credit cards and rewards experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate complex topics to key stakeholders at both business and technical levels
- Extremely high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a high degree of collaboration with cross functional teams
