About the role

  • Drive critical client onboarding projects within Funds Services Change function
  • Orchestrate operating model design in collaboration with Operations and Product Partners
  • Ensure successful execution across the entire onboarding lifecycle
  • Lead and facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions to elicit, document, and define Key Business Requirements (KBRs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
  • Manage deliverables to ensure project milestones are met
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
  • Provide expert oversight and guidance to Data BAs, assisting with and reviewing data BRDs, data analysis, and data cleansing strategies
  • Conduct final oversight and sign-off for fund setup in core systems and associated ancillary systems
  • Work closely with Technology and vendor partners to accurately map business requirements to technical solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency, Funds Services, or a similar Business Analysis/Project Management role within financial services
  • Proven track record in defining operational processes, leading system deployments, and/or managing complex client migrations
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale projects or programs, with expertise in data analysis, mapping, and reconciliation
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong capability to analyse and solve complex business problems, translating intricate details into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK standards, PMP/ Prince2 certification is advantageous) and practical experience in managing project lifecycles
  • Demonstrated awareness and experience within Transfer Agency.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships across all levels.
