Drive critical client onboarding projects within Funds Services Change function
Orchestrate operating model design in collaboration with Operations and Product Partners
Ensure successful execution across the entire onboarding lifecycle
Lead and facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions to elicit, document, and define Key Business Requirements (KBRs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Manage deliverables to ensure project milestones are met
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
Provide expert oversight and guidance to Data BAs, assisting with and reviewing data BRDs, data analysis, and data cleansing strategies
Conduct final oversight and sign-off for fund setup in core systems and associated ancillary systems
Work closely with Technology and vendor partners to accurately map business requirements to technical solutions
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency, Funds Services, or a similar Business Analysis/Project Management role within financial services
Proven track record in defining operational processes, leading system deployments, and/or managing complex client migrations
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale projects or programs, with expertise in data analysis, mapping, and reconciliation
Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and clients
Strong capability to analyse and solve complex business problems, translating intricate details into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK standards, PMP/ Prince2 certification is advantageous) and practical experience in managing project lifecycles
Demonstrated awareness and experience within Transfer Agency.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
