Marketing Coordinator in international marketing at Cirque du Soleil. Updating systems, managing CRM emails, and collaborating with internal teams for promotions.
Responsibilities
Update information across various systems (sales spreadsheets, planning tools, etc.).
Set up and manage CRM emails in the system for all markets, coordinating with key internal stakeholders.
Support marketing and promotional activities and special projects by liaising with various Cirque du Soleil departments, agencies, promoters and third parties.
Serve as a liaison for the execution of DST communication initiatives at the national level in collaboration with Marketing Directors, the Director of Graphics and Content, and other internal teams.
Liaise with ticketing to provide links and ticketing tools to our external agencies.
Process merchandise orders and shipments for promotional activities.
Conduct research projects as needed.
Manage the department’s financial processes, including requesting/submitting invoices and tracking payments, as well as overall budget coordination.
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Manager.
Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in marketing or project coordination.
Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, solid customer service knowledge, good arithmetic and record-keeping skills, proficiency with word processing and databases, and the ability to work effectively with others.
Must be able to take initiative, coordinate tasks, and demonstrate project management and follow-up skills.
Strong typing and computer skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other software is required.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year post-secondary institution is preferred.
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, media plans and promotional activities.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in a third language is strongly desired.
