- Write implementation procedures for our solutions
- Review and update course materials, user guides, and functional documents to communicate changes
- Contribute to the drafting of specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public service within a local authority or in providing support and training for a software publisher
- Technical education in IT (BTS, DUT, Bachelor's degree, etc.) is a plus
- Regular travel required
