- Senior OCM Consultant leading enterprise and program level change initiatives at Black & Veatch. Driving adoption of new processes and systems in utilities and infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise and program level change initiatives supporting business and technology transformation
- Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
- Work with clients to improve change management maturity
- Define change strategy, scope, and value proposition for proposals
- Design and execute change strategies that align to business outcomes and sustainable adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
- 10+ years of consulting experience with a focus on organizational change (preferred)
- Experience supporting utilities, infrastructure, asset intensive organizations, or OT driven transformations (preferred)
- Familiarity with OT systems such as AMI/CIS, ADMS, DERMS (preferred)
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred
