About the role

  • Senior OCM Consultant leading enterprise and program level change initiatives at Black & Veatch. Driving adoption of new processes and systems in utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise and program level change initiatives supporting business and technology transformation
  • Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Work with clients to improve change management maturity
  • Define change strategy, scope, and value proposition for proposals
  • Design and execute change strategies that align to business outcomes and sustainable adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
  • 10+ years of consulting experience with a focus on organizational change (preferred)
  • Experience supporting utilities, infrastructure, asset intensive organizations, or OT driven transformations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with OT systems such as AMI/CIS, ADMS, DERMS (preferred)
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred
