About the role

  • Provide high-level executive and governance support to the CEO and CLT.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes, maintaining governance records.
  • Manage priorities and keep organisational operations running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Boards, Committees, or senior executives in a governance or corporate support role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Strong writing and minute-taking skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
