- Execute hands-on digital production, editing and post-production while applying data-informed creative decision-making.
- Conduct and direct interviews that encourage engaged conversation and banter, reveal personal insights and drive compelling narrative arcs.
- Distil complex topics into clear, engaging, accessible narratives. Script and structure factual or documentary-style storytelling tailored to digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
- Utilize understanding of factual or documentary production (television or digital) with working knowledge of rights clearances, releases and fact-checking.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and producing digital video and/or podcast content
- Strong hands-on production, editing and post-production skills
- Excellent storytelling ability with experience in factual or documentary-style content
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a cross-functional environment
