About the role

• Bilingual Creative Producer driving video content lifecycle at Globe Life. Responsible for creative narratives and project management in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pitch original concepts and video narratives to the Senior Manager and internal clients.
• Write and edit compelling scripts and storyboards in both English and Spanish.
• Lead "Transcreation" efforts for Spanish-language projects.
• Leverage Generative AI tools for storyboarding and script drafting.
• Own end-to-end project logistics including scheduling and leading stakeholder meetings.
• Manage the production calendar and create detailed schedules for shoots.
• Collaborate directly with internal clients as their primary point of contact.
• Make recommendations for project resources and manage video assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of professional experience in narrative video production, creative agency, or digital storytelling roles.
• Experience creating or adapting content specifically for Spanish-speaking audiences.
• A showcase reel or portfolio is mandatory demonstrating narrative storytelling and scriptwriting capabilities.
• Proven track record of managing the full production lifecycle, including direct client communication.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Generative AI tools in a professional workflow.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Mac and PC operating systems.
• Ability to interview people of various backgrounds in both English and Spanish.
• Understanding of cultural nuances to adapt messaging.
• Skill in professional production workflows and familiarity with cinema cameras, lighting systems, and audio recording.
