Responsibilities
Generate creative ideas that can be executed with simplicity that align with Ford's purpose, brand strategy and target audiences.
Develop 2-3 "big idea" proposals per quarter, with the goal of delivering 2-3 "big ideas" annually.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and develop creative concepts into campaigns.
Provide creative input and guidance on the "how" to deliver on creative challenges presented by other communications team members – the “what” – ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives and target audiences.
Work with the relevant content and experiences team members on the creative production process, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
Partner with channel leads to execute creative campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, video, and experiential – for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
Established experience in PR/Communications and/or Journalism.
Media relations experience across traditional earned, broadcast, and creator-driven environments.
Hands-on content production experience: Editorial, Photo, Video, Podcast.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
