About the role
- Senior Loan Manager managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans at CIM Group. Overseeing loan servicing, closing, and compliance activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily loan servicing of an assigned portfolio of CRE loans, acting as primary servicing point of contact for internal parties, borrowers, third party servicers, and various vendors.
- Partners with Fund leads within the Investments Group to onboard and manage the repurchase facilities/back leverage.
- Assist with the closing of new originations, including coordinating due diligence reports and compliance checks.
- Ensure all data and information related to lending activities is entered into loan servicing system accurately and timely.
- Coordinate the payment of all pass-through expenditures from related vendors for the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative or related fields.
- 6+ years’ relevant professional experience working with an investment firm, commercial loan servicer, private equity firm, or similar organization, focusing on real estate credit and adjacent sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Commercial Real Estate experience required.
- Strong work ethic; proven ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
