- Be available for frequent travel to São Paulo to meet with the client and align strategies and expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead, ideally in regulatory projects within the financial sector.
- Proficiency in VB6, .NET Core and AWS, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to define technical guidelines and mentor the team.
- Preferred: knowledge of Cobol, experience with mainframe environments, and familiarity with using artificial intelligence in development.
